For help with your VitalNu account, meal plan, subscription, privacy, or account deletion, email supportacappaai@icloud.com. Include the app version, device model, and a short description of the problem. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive medical records.

Subscriptions and refunds

To manage or cancel a subscription, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → VitalNu. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel billing. If you already subscribed but cannot access paid features, use Restore Purchases in the app. For refunds, contact Apple through its Report a Problem page.

Account deletion and privacy

In the app, open Profile → Delete Account & Data. If you cannot sign in or need help with a privacy request, email supportacappaai@icloud.com.
